2. Product Categories & Return/Exchange Eligibility

A. Stitched & Customized Apparel

• Strictly Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable: Stitched or customized products are tailor-made based on specific customer inputs and are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, as dedicated tailoring resources are committed to each piece.
• Altered Fabrics: Any fabric or dress material that has been partially or fully stitched, cut, or modified by the customer or a third party cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

B. Unstitched Dress Materials

• Exchange Only: Unstitched dress materials are eligible for exchange only. Standard returns or monetary refunds (cash, card, bank, or gateway) are not permitted unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect, transit damage, or incorrect delivery.
• Exclusions: Returns and exchanges are not permitted for personal color preferences, minor color variations (due to digital photography lighting, editing, or screen resolutions), or a simple change of mind.

C. Sale & Discounted Items (Final Sale)

• Final Sale: All products purchased at a sale price, clearance deal, festive offer, or using a promotional discount code are considered strictly final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless delivered in a verified damaged or manufacturing defective state.

3. Order Cancellations & Store Rights

• Cancellation Before Dispatch: Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order (provided the item has not been dispatched or tailored).
  • Cancellation requests settled as monetary refunds back to the original payment method will incur a 10% payment gateway & administrative fee deduction.
  • Alternatively, customers may opt for a 100% store credit.
• Cancellation by Rakhi Fashion Pvt Ltd: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion due to pricing inaccuracies, website typographical errors, stock calculation glitches, incomplete shipping addresses, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

4. Reporting Issues & Unpacking Video Mandate

• 24-Hour Reporting Window: To initiate an exchange for an unstitched product, or to report a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered item, you must inform our support team within 24 hours of package delivery. Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be entertained.
• Mandatory Unpacking Video: To verify claims regarding missing, damaged, or manufacturing-defective products, customers must provide an uninterrupted, unedited package opening/unpacking video showing the original sealed parcel being opened for the first time, along with clear visuals of the defect.
• One-Time Request Limit: A return or exchange request will be accepted only once per order. Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged.

5. Return & Exchange Verification Conditions

Once an exchange or return request receives official confirmation from our support team, the product must be returned under the following conditions:

• 7-Day Return Timeline: The approved item must reach our official warehouse address within 7 business days following written confirmation from our admin team.
• Intact Tags & Seals: Product brand tags and security seals must remain unbroken, undamaged, and attached. Once a tag or seal is broken, damaged, cut, or removed, the product becomes strictly ineligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.
• Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, unstained, scent-free, untampered with, and returned in their original packaging.
• Processing Timelines: Approved store credits will be issued within 7–10 business days after physical inspection at our warehouse. Replacement items for approved exchanges will be processed and dispatched within 7–14 working days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on www.rakhifashion.com , including text, graphics, logos, product designs, imagery, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of Rakhi Fashion Pvt Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, downloading, commercial reproduction, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

• Financial Cap: Under no circumstances shall Rakhi Fashion Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any event of a dispute, our total financial liability is strictly limited to the net purchase value paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
• Force Majeure: We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations if such failure or delay arises from acts of God, floods, fires, natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or transportation disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and all website transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with www.rakhifashion.com shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
